As mentioned in the specifications of the product this weighted blanket is filled with glass beads, which is what gives the blanket its heavy weight.

There are 9 different weights for you to choose from, which includes: 5, 7, 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 22, and 25 lbs.

In addition to this, the blanket also comes in a variety of different dimensions, which will be based on how heavy the blanket is that you order.

You may have noticed that the cover of the ZonLi Weighted Blanket is made out of 100% natural cotton. This cotton is incredibly breathable, which makes the blanket perfect for those long hot summer nights.
